Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms explain the rules for using Docki. By accessing the site or using an account or feature, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Docki and your account

Docki provides student-focused tools and resources, which may include document generation, past questions, opportunities, store listings, saved items, and anonymous messaging. Features and availability may change over time. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use Docki to break the law, impersonate another person, infringe someone else's rights, distribute content you do not have permission to share, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse the platform. Do not use messaging or other features to send threats, harassment, abuse, spam, or unlawful content. We may restrict access to content or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with applicable law.

3. Generated documents

Documents are generated using the details you provide and the template selected. You are responsible for checking all names, dates, facts, formatting, and requirements before using or submitting a document. Docki does not independently verify the information you enter, and a generated template is not legal advice or a guarantee that an institution or authority will accept it. Obtain any required review, signatures, stamps, affidavits, or official certification from the appropriate authority.

4. Payments and paid content

Prices are displayed before checkout. Payments for paid Docki features are processed through Paystack. Access or fulfilment depends on verification of the transaction. If you are charged but the relevant feature or download is not made available, contact support with the transaction reference and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable requirements; contacting support does not guarantee a refund. Never send your full card details or password to support.

5. Store listings and opportunities

Listings and opportunities are provided to help students discover items or possibilities that may interest them. Check details, eligibility, availability, authenticity, and any conditions directly with the relevant contact or organiser before acting. Where a store transaction is arranged directly between users or through an external channel, Docki does not process or guarantee that transaction and cannot guarantee an item's condition, availability, delivery, or a third party's conduct. Do not assume that a listing is an endorsement or guarantee by Docki.

6. User content and anonymous messaging

You are responsible for content you submit, upload, send, or list and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. Anonymous messaging must not be used for harassment, threats, abuse, or unlawful content. Recipients may report messages, and Docki may review reported content and take appropriate action. “Anonymous” describes how the sender is presented to the recipient; it is not a promise that a sender is technically untraceable in every circumstance.

7. Intellectual property

Docki's branding, interface, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or exploit Docki materials except as permitted by law or with permission. You retain responsibility for content you submit and must not upload material that infringes another person's rights.

8. Availability and third-party services

We work to keep Docki available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed for maintenance, security, operational, or other legitimate reasons. Some functions depend on third-party services, which may have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Account restrictions and termination

You can delete your account from your Account page. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to address abuse, security risks, violations of these terms, or legal obligations. Some records, such as payment records, may need to be retained where required for legitimate operational, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes; see the Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Docki develops or requirements change. The updated date above indicates the latest revision. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes. Your use of Docki after updated terms take effect is subject to those terms.
